Our streamlined rent collection system allows tenants to pay online via their bank account or credit/debit card in addition to check or money order that can be mailed or dropped off at our office 9-5 Monday through Friday! Our goal is to try and make paying rent as convenient as possible in an effort to collect payments on time and deposited quickly into our clients accounts as soon as they clear. We stay on top of late payments and communicate with tenants to reduce delinquencies and protect your cash flow.
From small fixes to major repairs, we coordinate everything with trusted vendors at fair rates. Our team handles approvals, scheduling, and follow-ups to make sure the work is done properly and efficiently—with a modest 10% oversight fee. Our Realtors have experience in home repair and construction so they can make informed reasonable judgements regarding the cost and scope of work that a contractor recommends in an effort to ensure our clients are getting quality work performed at a fair price.
